At this time, under the pressure of the external fastener, The phase change material in the fluid state can fully wet the interface (heat source and heat sink surface) to minimize the contact thermal resistance of the interface, so as to achieve the best heat transfer. At the same time, the carrier in the middle of this material also has a high dielectric strength.
